Last I knew the outstanding VYON sharecount was 385,000,000. John Bay owns 91,000,000 and there are 100,000,000 restricted. This means that 194,000,000 are freely trading and that's really not very many if huge news is about to be released. We could see a dime easily if the news is right.

The VRED sharecount is close to 4 billion, but I think the restricted shares are menaningless at this point as I do not believe that they will be released until the share price shows real improvement and I do not expect such improvement for many months, though it is nice to see the VRED bid at .003 instead of .002. The recent PRs make me think that within 6 months more contract news may follow. New York and New Jersey are well populated wih hundreds of school districts. I'd be satisfied with dozens of contracts. Let's wait and see.
