So if this in fact a scam and I'm sure alot of you out there think it is because you have probably been burnt more than once...I personally have never been involved in any type of scam to this magnitude(pr's, 8-k's, what have you)is there any real legal action we can take and how will we know, and how can we find out for sure, is there any way of knowing? or can this thing drag out for another 5 years without them being held accountable for what they supposedly are doing to the shareholders and new investors? So basically I'm asking are we up @#$%'s creek here without a bucket to bale us out of a sinking canoe? or is there laws in place that can help us plug the hole? tia
