Oh yes they were quite successful last Friday when it ran to .0019. I'll bet hard cash that from .0011 ~ .0019 were all shorted.

Then, in the afternoon, they pulled the bid floor with the sellers and covered all of them IMO.

Lastly, yes, 40% not so much but 50% and over as of late is worth taking note for the next 2 weeks.
