With these sort of companies, I would try to bring an example.
Consider you buy laptops from dell, and you resell them, these type of companies consider that as "partnership", as they have business relationship with the company "Dell".

Now you cant dispute it as they do buy laptops from dell , but would you consider that as "partnership" ? again, I'm not looking to argue here, that's my perspective and I'm entitled to it, as does anyone with the opposite view here.
