MediaG3 Helps United Nations Development Program Broaden Its Global Reach
Increasing by Over 100 Percent, MediaG3 Brings More People to United Nations Development Program
Hat Trick Beverage (OTC: HKBV) Subsidiary MediaG3 assisted the United Nations by announcing the global availability of the Annual Human Development Report to extend overall awareness for United Nations Development Program projects and publications.
The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) sought a cost-effective, broad-reaching and professional outreach program capable of reaching highly qualified individuals through tactics consistent with corporate imagery, messaging and posture. MediaG3’s rich-media email solution yielded over a 100 percent increase for UNDP for its global constituent reach.

MediaG3 designed and deployed rich media email messages utilizing streaming graphics, including voice over and music soundtracks, and dynamic HTML was created and emailed to 23,200 permission-based addresses. The file sent was less than 200KB streamed to the recipients while a recipient opened his or her email. MediaG3 technology allows the recipients to select English, French and Spanish as their preferred language to view the message, which maintains consistent image and accurate content. “Every time we use MediaG3 rich-media email solutions, consistent increase in web traffic and downloading of documents are seen,” said Edgar Koh, Chief Internet / Editor of UNDP.

As the result, web hits to the UNDP site immediately doubled, recording 4,071,468 hits in the first week, compared to roughly 2 million in a normal week. Seventy-three percent of the email recipients viewed the HDR 2002 email within a week. Forty percent clicked through to the HDR Web site promoted in the email message. Nearly 130,000 visitors downloaded the English version HDR 2002 during campaign week. Many visitors downloaded the French and Spanish versions of the HDR during campaign week. During campaign week, 12 out of 16 files accessed were the HDR 2002 report. Recipients forwarded the email to others, boosting total exposure to a 14.05% percent rate.

I find the above article extremely interesting, given the "To Be Announced Position of VP UN WiMax Mobile Internet" listed on the MDGC website: http://www.mediag3.com/team.html____________________________________________________
The above article is published Feb 7, 2006:
http://newsblaze.com/story/2006020706400100001.mwir/topstory.html

Now even though the article is old, I, personally found it relevant as possibly a part of the puzzle of what MDGC is working on - - the United Nations connection possibly of To Be Announced Team Members???

Thoughts????
