SharingWay does not have 28 million members, The ZKID press releases said they do. Those are hard facts.
Also, an email to a board member from SharingWay said that they have few card members now, but have ordered 100,000+ cards "IN ANTICIPATION OF A CAMPAIGN WITH A MAJOR CHARITY". Whereas the ZKID PR's said the cards "WILL BE IN THE HANDS OF 100,000 OF SHARINGWAY'S MEMBERS IN JANUARY - FEBRUARY 2005". Those are also hard facts.
I have not said ZKID is guilty of anything.Everyone can draw their own conclusions about that. But the PR's are misleading, no matter how you chose to look at it. I am not a trader, I prefer to buy companies I believe have a real shot at growth. I personally feel the projections given in the ZKID PR's are erronious , because they are based on numbers given as factual data that is not factual, but completely false and based on pure speculation. Whether it is false because ZKID made an inocent mistake is of no consequence to me. It is false in any event, and therefor the projections are irrelevant.
