FLWE.OB..startup coalbed methane play. Management developed the Drunkards Wash for Texaco in Utah, the largest CBM project to date, I believe. They have the experience to balance the water injection for optimum methane gas production. This management has drilled over 1100 CBM wells for others. Now they have their own company to develop four projects..183K acres in N Utah & Wyoming for CBM, Weston County Wyoming project on 19K acres for oil, Carter Creek Project, WY 10.6K acres for oil, and 5K acres on Gordon Creek project Utah for natural gas & CBM. Currently has 42 million shares and closed at $.92 Dec 31. They have signed a joint venture with JMG Exploration (Subsidiary of JED OIL-JDO currently around $14) and Enterra Energy (EENC)for 50% interest on the coal bed projects. JMG will put up 2 million in drilling and exploration. To me, the joint venture added credibilty to FLWE. Jed oil was a recent IPO and the are going to do a spinoff of JMG Exploration. Jed oil shareholders will get 1 share of JMG and 1 warrant to purchase at $4.25. I think for O&G people on this board it may be one for the watch list

My picks are my own and many times wrong, generally looking 3-6 months out
