First of all there has been no "inside info" ever posted or reported from the company, to imply such a thing is completely false. 2nd, I find it extremely funny that you, someone who has done nothing but criticize the CEO for responding promptly to peoples questions via email, now suddenly are criticizing the CEO for not respoding to emails or phone calls from investors.

I do believe it's quite obvious why he hasn't came out and addressed the latest developments so far... He is quite clearly on the verge of making a company changing announcement and that should be coming sometime this week. To answer questions about something that might not be complete would be illegal.

I do believe his record stands for it's self and that when the news is ready to be announced, it will be announced. Just because us investors discovered the change in shares on friday doesn't mean the deal or what ever it is is done and ready to be announced publicly.

Also, you said over the weekend and on friday that if we didn't get a PR on monday that it would scare people away from this stock and the price would drop in a massive sell off. Just wanted to know what your opinions were now that the price per share has gone up every day since you made those statements. Do you still stand by them?
