$32 million box office, Hannover gets half, movie theaters get half.
Hannover revenue $16 million times 22% profit margin nets them $3.2 million profit. After labs, P&A, money guys to buy the film everything else is paid Hannover should have $3.2 million cash/profit left over.
$3M profit, with a P/E of 20 that would be about 13c per share.
We also have 5.8 cents per share in assets before all this.
So now I'm at .19 per share and I only valued one Film and the assets they own. What about everything else they have going on worth a whole lot more than .19 per share.
So everyone can make their own price targets but .50-$1.00 per share seems very realistic this year. JMHO!
If HappyThankyou can do as good as 500 Days of Summer, the movie it's being compared to, we will be gold. 500 Days made $32M domestically, after everything is said and done, Hannover should make $3M profit, with a P/E of 20 that would be about 13c per share, and that's not including DVD and VOD. Then add in all the other Hannover House projects and we will be looking at 20c+.IMO
