So shouldn't the minority shareholders have many good opportunities to sell to the "eligible" investors? Those big guys should be able to afford my price. After all, they will become the "biggest landlord in LA."

Mr. Taylor, you may have my shares for $1.25 each (or NO DEAL!).

Any lower offer would be subject to negotiation.
