Because this is the OTC......

With it's well earned reputation for manipulation...I'm actually not too big on TA either. IMO with OTC stocks, alot of the time the most important factor is who has the supply.

When insiders/officers etc are selling, they employ the services of broker dealers....specialists. How many times do you see a stock run on waves of good news and seemingly good technicals...only to later find out the stock was being diluted with MMs running the stock while they had supply to dump.

I'm convinced NCTI will get another run, that's my opinion.....fundamentally it has no buisness trading at even 1/10th of a penny imo, but then this is the OTC and tons of companies trade for valuations that are ridiculous...(check out ADZR for example).


If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
