I am hoping more for over .20 as it seems below that most of the time lately is seems to be looked at bearishly.... so not sure if it will happen, but would love to see .20, even more so at .23. Maybe more wishful thinking in seeing the market hammered down today. I was hoping tomorrow's announcement would have helped today. I may not be able to be around to see what happens so I hope it does well.
