nope, not angry something was done, I am angry about the manner in which it was done.
this should have been a suit initiated by the shareholders AFTER forcing a shareholders meeting to voice our frustrations. If the forced shareholders meeting didnt work, THEN a lawsuit.

A suit that is filed (by one man) on behalf of the shareholders should have been run by the shareholders first. IMO
