It's because the shares are all on sale for .0001, they simply are just not worth more than that.

This thing can't run on fundamentals because people think the CEO is the scum of the earth, can't run based off the chart because, well, look at it AND might not even be able to run on news.

There are 9billion shares that could be sold at .0001 for a profit, talk about thick. A share buyback by the company is just about the only viable option IN MY OPINION to give this stock a heartbeat would be a share buyback by the company, 4billion shares may do the trick.
