On $2 milllion owed, how many shares would it take to pay it off???

2.5 BILLION shares @ .0008

Ain't nowhere near that amount traded. And that doesn't take into account any previous holders throwing in the towel.

Reverse split is inevitable as there is no liquidity here for that kind of money.
