Revenge Receives Industry Recognition at North American International Auto Show (NAIAS)
11:13a ET February 12, 2010 (Market Wire)
Revenge Designs Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD)

The 2010 NAIAS was an overwhelming success. The public response to the new Revenge designed concept Supercar was phenomenal, however the best was yet to come with the Industry recognition not only being included in the prestigious EyesOn Design awards but for Revenge to be amongst the finalists, this is a great achievement for Revenge.

During the two weeks of the Auto show it was clearly revealed the demand for the next American High performance Supercar was needed, not only here in the USA but more so internationally. With Ford releasing their 5.0 Supercharged V8 605 Hp engine and now the availability of the GM ZR1 638 Hp Supercharged motor Revenge will take advantage of the two automakers' powertrains for the RSC Blade Supercar. "Blade" the brand name stands for the cutting edge design and technology that will be carried throughout the vehicle.

The Verde Hybrid will remain in the development stage until all relative durability Government fuel efficiency testing and validations are provided to Revenge.

With the continual discussions at the Department of Development in Ohio, we now require assistance to continue with the development from concept definition to component design, test/validation, prototype procurement, vehicle calibration and certification.

State and Federal funding including corporate investment will be the only considered financial assistance Revenge will pursue, with partnerships that look forward to being a part of American history, from the re-establishment of employment to the development and reintroduction of the American Muscle Car. Together we can make a difference.

Revenge will not be raising the authorized share structure nor implementing a reverse split in the near future. Also the company is currently working with the appropriate individuals to lift the block on trading of RVGD stock by a few trading companies by the DTCC.

Production of the RSC BLADE high performance Supercar is estimated to commence late 2010 or early 2011 providing financial assistance co-insides with the development stages. Following production time lines of previous hand crafted performance vehicles the company estimates a total of 750 vehicles over the first twelve months of production and ramping up to one thousand vehicles per year over the following three years.

In summary for Revenge to secure the assistance of two leading manufacturers plus the assistance of two well renowned production and race winning affiliates including the respect Revenge received from its peers at the NAIAS EyesOn Design team of extraordinary people, shows the Automotive industry is welcoming new companies with forward thinking and job creation in mind.
