This will not go down after news. The stock hasn't started to run yet. If we had a run today, then sure, there could have been a sell off when the news came.
IMO things that could happen are 1) PR comes tomorrow and with a good news we'll see a huge jump 2) No news, No PR: we might see few big dips 3) PR comes and say the case has not been settled.. then we'll see another dip 4) bad news... a huge sell off and be ready to lose everything you invested in this stock.

Pretty risky investment here. But the reward seems to be very promising.
