if you are trying to get at 0007 you will be disappointed i'm afraid. perhaps .001 the LOWEST, and maybe even that chance is gone. PBLS is making higher highs and lower lows...good health for the stock. if it was a pump and dump this would have been back to .0007 (or even .0004) by now...
