starfire, that's a good question. I have no idea why he was brought on. It doesn't take a year to audit filings. So you have to ask yourself why has it? Besides, if things were going so smooth between R&H and SPNG, why would they need Reilly to work with the both of them? It's an audit of their filings. We have a company and we have an auditor. Everyone knows the process. Exactly what is it that Reilly was supposed to do?
