There will be no 10K. Period...

Through my constant digging for info, I have been told by a source I consider reliable that there will be no 10K filed. I was told that Robison & Hill did not receive any paperwork from SPNG until this past March, and the paperwork they received was very little. To date, Robison & Hill doesn't have anywhere near enough info to conduct an audit. If this is true, what M&M have been telling people is pure bs.

So, unless a fire is set under M&M, as it stands now, my contact said they will never file a 10K. Just passing on what little info I can. Sources can always be wrong, but based on what's gone on up to now, I'll side with my contact.
