Concur. We need something tangible from BEHL. Having RWE postpone their PBR loses all credibility (let alone the dilution). I don't see the Hot Springs PBR being set up for a while, which is why we aren't going to fill our 6 mil order...jmho. I feel as frustrated as BB1.
