The truth will be a matter of record shortly. Given that the PPS keeps going up on no news, with record volume, can only mean information is spreading by word of mouth to big investors. The bank of, yet, unreported news, which will be significant, is the carrot for the big investors. They know there is big news coming, the Dr’s know it, there is no need to pump the stock.
