186 mil Where does it go, Nobody knows yet and katx cannot tell us till the deal is done. I personally got a little sideways with Ken Stead after the share structure was finalized back in Jan....I didnt know squat...except for the usual ihub, penny stock fears..Well a poster set me straight about share increases. Yes it is used by scams to dump and run with....Or in the case of a Real company, it is how you do business and actually make the company Grow. I averaged in a .023 and would have sold close to that if had trusted the fear and rhetoric....Gee Wally
Now we are faced with a trust issue on 186 mil. Could be used for several reasons (again I like many options), 1/2 mining cost to keep 50% mining profit, spin off ect, ect..Or as is insinuated here, to cut run and line their pockets.... The email and press releases have been posted several times so we all know katx's position on a share increase. The company has Earned my trust...So what?...lets try common sense then. Your going to risk drilling a gold property, another property surrounded by vale for those peanuts!!! Get Serious...
I believe this company is here for the long haul. I think they are going to make it very, very big indeed. I think those shares are gong to be used in a very big business deal in a very good way, and I think Katx (Mr Stead ) would have already told us if not for things like "NDAs" and Wall Street Law Firms.
But thats just me, never keep an investment in something you dont like. Sell
