A friend just told me that Qtrax is live in Australia. Confirmed. Able to register and receive an emailed activation code immediately. Downloads apparently playable in Windows Media Player. Don't have time to ask about content or the system further at this stage. Here is an extract from the email that is received following registration, which also appears on the website.
