It wasn't that the acquisitions didn't work...2009 didn't work and they acquired flotech in May 08. This new company will do 100-150 million in revenue and about 15 million net profit for 2010. Even if you issue 1/2 billion shares to pay for it your still making 2 cents/share. Don't like that many shares, do a 10 or 20 to 1 R/S problem solved and say hello to an exchange listing.
