Look at this realisticly. EVEN IF there were talks of a merger or aquisition, we would be seeing way more volume. The reason for that is insider trading and people trading based off of insider knowledge. It is illegal, but, its the reality of the stock market.
If this company was in merger talks, someone with inside knowledge of the company would be buying stock. Don't believe me? Check out what PALM was trading for the day before HP released its aquisition information. My point is, there are no secrets. Its really that simple, to me.
No company is this quiet if they have something worth saying.
