I agree that PK burned a lot of bridges with many people with his action in the past. Numerous litigations where company had to pay in the end tells me that DKAM (PK) was to blame. I am yet to see at least one case where DKAM is the winner (hey, maybe with LIQR?? Would be nice :) "A final arbitration hearing has been scheduled for June 22, 2010, in Jacksonville, Florida.")

But why do you assume the guy can't learn?
