it is an opinion, which i believe is quite valid considering the pps. an overbought stock is an overbought stock. the company did indeed raise their as from 1 billion to 2. billion for a reason. to raise money to execute their business plan. that was just over a month ago. so, i hardly think that they are in a position without significant capital to have much impact in this crisis at this juncture. also, this is trading at .02, which makes their market cap signicantly higher than the true value of the company without revenues. like i said, this is an opinion. my opinion.
