WOW.........16 feet. Hope you put enough rebar in that sucker, but I still can't see it holding up for too long. That's a hell of a lot of stress. The neighbor will probably stress the safety issue in court........in case of wind, earthquake, hurricane...where do you live? That will probably make a difference. Philly, isn't it?
