Thank you CURLY and Mamma for your observations. This informational analysis is valuable. On the facts so far seen A buyout has a strong case, however this note of caution is the 1st observed from Thresher. However, a commitment to request contractual adjustment to permit release of the buyers name has been made. Though the fact that this has been extended beyond the end of April raises doubts on this process the explination is not unrealistic. I do not believe that the release of the buyers name commits anyone to complete this purchase by tomorrow however as has been illuded to in several messages. Being long in this stock I look forward to successfull completion and posibly purchasing stock in the buyers company. GLTA
