I'll chime in my thoughts, however.
1. Laidlaw will be the operator of the plant. The plant is not initially owned by them (since it is financed), but LLEG will nevertheless received revenue from the operation of LBB.
2. That is a hell of an assumption and what I read in their response contradicts what you are stating.
3. Another bold assumption. Keep trying.
4. Laidlaw indeed will operate the plant.
5. A 6 month timeframe is essential for a plant of this magnitude.
6. I highly doubt this.
