There had been talk of a run up for at least two months now. First it was when the restricted shares were lifted in Mid March. Then again end of March. Then the run up was contingent on PR in begining of April then pushed back to end of April. April showers are gone May flowers are here. If the company wants shareholders to stick around for the ups and downs they will communicate something. The Donkey and carrot trick as much fun as it is wont work for them forever. Preach all the long strategy you want but reality is this thing is not a long term investment as long as its a penny. If CCTC wants to be taken seriously and wants people to LONG it, They will get tighter on their business practices. Investors will move on to more productive pennies then this.
