You've hit the nail on the head. This is the major issue. This was one of the questions I had posed to Matin when we were discussing the private placement.

I wanted to know who the beneficial owners of stock were (over 5%).

I asked for a breakdown of revenue and expenses for foreign and domestic operations.

I asked for a formal offering sheet for the placement.

I never received any answers although I was promised the data.

Matin can claim all of the revenue he wants, but he never says where it came from. I guess the 2003 will not be done as promised, but when it is it will show the trucking fiasco and perhaps provide some insight into whatever is going on.
