As expected with AAR Corp selling their shares, shorts took advantage of the opportunity. Last report shows 1,868,500 shares short. Not many shares compared to our float, but none the less it is having a negative effect on our PPS. Good news is AAR Corp should be about done and the shares short have been less with each report. As I stated last week, I feel by Wednesday (at the latest) we will start a nice uptrend and leave these prices behind. So far, today’s MM activity looks like shorts doing their best to squeeze out the most money from their positions.
