The MM's are playing the stoplosses. You can see it clearly on the L2. A few minutes ago the stock was trading around 11.95-11.99 with buys and CINS was sitting @11.87 on the sell. They stepped the stock back down to 11.87 to take out the stop loss...This is going to happen through out the day unless the folks start setting their stop losses higher....
