The internic data showed the registrar's sponsorship expired on April 25 though the site is valid until next year: "Pending Renewal or Deletion" is the status. Its on a Canadian server running windows, but other domains on that IP address are in operation so its not the McAfee update. I doubt he pays much attention to it, he's only doing about 1000 visitors a month.
