Rice Bran Solubles "EXTRACT"-------------------------------------

A poster at another board found the first product using Rice Bran Solubles EXTRACT. This could be major since it is the first product we know of using the NTRZ/Herbal Science joint venture. Herbal Science has been working on extracts for making nutraceuticals. "Garden of Life" is a well thought of company in the health food industry.

Since the BK blackout, there could be many more products we don't know of.

Since the UCC (creditors committee) agreed to stall off their appeal for two more weeks, it is logical that NTRZ might have news such as the sale of the Phoenix plant or such that will give them money to pay of most or all of their debt. The appeal was rather meaningless anyway. I expect news and the end of this week or early next week. The 12th is the hearing.

I am a hopeless optimist. NTRZ will make be a fool or rich. Most who know me think I'm a food anyway, so I got nothing to lose.
