As of March 14, 2010, there were 32 holders of record of our Common Stock
Now there are also three interesning shareholders :
HALPRYN GLENN L 150.000 shares
Gottlieb Jay 191.200 shares
BAULCH T 159,383 shares
All of them : 500.583 shares
The last two are well known low-float shell players ( CAML,MRHD ).
Halpryn was obviusly involved in RM ( former shell Qbick software , now Sorento therapeutics ).
Will be interesning in near future - my bet is that the potentional
RM company will be from bio-techology area.And with such low number
shareholders ( 33 now ) it should be wil when 8-K will come out.
