Rikkitik: The amount refineries pay for P2O output will be based on how much they will need to spend to turn P2O into marketable product vs how much they spend to turn crude into marketable product.

Since P2O is "near diesel," there shouldn't be much refining cost. It certainly doesn't make sense to take anything less that WTI crude price since the product is better than crude.

It would be nice to know how much the refineries pay in refining costs and the variables that make up those costs.
