MDF was one of my largest holdings...

...I started accumulating at .27 and up, and sold my last shares around 1.80. Great company. TGA is another one I sold to soon. Accumulated that one from .50 on up and sold in the mid 2's.

Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles, it empties today of it's strength.
