LET'S TALK ABOUT THE FACTS. Someone please read this and then let's break it down, and talk about the facts. I'm tired of hearing the "he said she said" B.S. about the CEO's eye color, permits, lawsuits, etc. READ THE DOCUMENT, and then LET'S TALK ABOUT THE FACTS. If you don't read it, you don't really have anything to bring to the table in this conversation.

Based on reading the document TWICE, here's my take on everything:

What if this is the company that wants to buy THRR??? www.flir.com/US/

"On Thursday, the company reaffirmed its 2010 outlook of $1.2 billion to $1.3 billion in revenues, up 6 percent from last year. It expects net earnings to grow 9 percent to between $1.48 to $1.53 a share."

"Since then, Flir has driven down the cost of its thermal imaging technology and marketed it to industrial maintenance crews, building inspectors, law enforcement, mariners and high-end car owners. Last year it introduced the first handheld camera costing under $2,000. Non-military products now generate nearly half of Flir's revenue."

THRR is a real company with 14 full time employees. Products are produced using "customer owned tooling." My take on that is that most production is off site.

The last page of this report is signed and dated 4/14/2010 where the CEO is verifying by law that all info is valid. Interesting....!!!!

VALUE OF THRR AND WHY THEY WOULD BE BOUGHT OUT:
"The Nautilus Core can be used to generate internal shapes, passages, and runner shapes in virtually any cast metal process including die casting, permanent mold casting and plastic molding. Management has shown that the Nautilus Core can reduce material costs by as much as 80% and waste by 100%. The Nautilus Core has been successfully used in products for Chevrolet, Chrysler, and Ford, and has proven its ability to meet the demands of the golf industry in production of one piece driver heads when used with its ThermaLite product."

ThermaLite = The combination of lower density and higher strength can result in potential weight savings of over 40% compared to conventional aluminum.

"We also have quoted or are working on various applications for metal matrix alloys in electronics enclosures needing highly thermal conductive materials like ThermaLite and for its use in the automotive aftermarket on intake manifolds and cylinder heads."

"Thresher Industries currently has been producing two orders for Marvin Land Systems a defense contractor based in Los Angeles, California. Mnemonics has been working with us on a potential application for an electronics enclosure cast with our highly thermal conductive version of ThermaLite alloy. FLIR (forward looking infra red) has also requested quotation for our thermally stable metal matrix material for use in night vision systems."

The company is not now, nor has the company ever been considered a “shell company”.
