Correct me if I'am wrong but my understanding of how this works is:
A business which has signed up for a keyword in their area code (say it's PIZZA,TAXI or TOW TRUCK etc.)Than anyone who text's GO800 "keyword" from with in that area code will be connected to the business that owns the rights to that particular keyword.

Please correct me if I'am wrong on this
