I'am with Itrade in Canada They used to be Etrade. Anyway last week when this problem started with the listing my account for ZVTK went all screwy and showed all zero's and negative dollars, I could not even get quotes for this stock from my broker. After a couple phone calls and various excuses for the cause (don't think they really knew why) it got fixed. Now after reading your post this a.m. I checked my account at Itrade again and it is all zero's again. Hope it is fixed by tomorrow. I was still able to place a trade over the phone last week when this happened.
