im trying to create a longterm alert but nothing seems to work.
Can you suggest what alerts / filters to you.

this is what Im looking to do..

based on weekly charts
have a % move alert that gives a signal when a stock / index is X% away from the 200 dma (40 week ma)

so, lets say prices have moved 5% above the 40 week moving average..id want an alert then.
