JFYI- A quick note to let all that care know, when I visited windtamer booth at the Syracuse show it was told to me (By Mark Mathews) the $25,000 for the 3.5kw was all included, 1 working unit tied to grid with all labor and material and help with the permit process. With additional charges for turbines set further then 75 feet from building and electric service. But $25,000 will cover "most" installs with some exceptions
