I have been a patient holder of UGSI for more years than I can remember. I worked for a water utility for over 24 years and witnessed a UGSI representative give a presentation to our engineers on thier products over 3 years ago. I already owned stock at that time but was so impressed by the potential for the product, I bought a lot more. I am aroung .27 per share and still believe in the future of UGSI. However, I wonder why the occasional press releases and "rah, rah, we're expanding rapidly every year!" shareholder letter never seems to have any impact on the stock value. As much as I believe in the product and the constant reminders about how much upgrade and repair our infrastructure needs, I continue to have a nagging feeling that there is something missing from the UGSI playbook.
