Of course you are only doing this for the little people like me. (so who is paying the bills for this action? If this is being done for all, why are you and a few others footing the bill? Kindness of your hearts?)

The fact that you got so offended by my simple question certainly raises my suspicions.

Hell, if I was the only one being pro-active, I would have no problem stating the fact that I lost my @$$ and I want my money back and I am going to do whatever it takes to get that money back. No shame in that at all.

No reason to get so offended by a question that could have been answered very simply.
