Midier thank you, that is what they said period all these other things being posted are not accurate, it may change once the stuff comes out in writing but that is what they said initially the shares will be 1 for 1 but if need be additional shares will be issued to fund activities {{{ buying marginal properties to create a revenue stream}} so all this stuff about no dilution of shares is not accurate
