I'd love to see your analysis of "value" in any investment in BLLN.
Let's review what we know and what we think we know:
-To fund current Business Class airfare and 4* hotels, AK has sold a majority interest in QTRAX. That's right, he's mortgaging the future, diluting our investment, all in the name of securing working capital.
-There is NO reason to believe that BLLN has good license to distribute music, and VERY GOOD reason to believe BLLN no longer does. Rosso (who posts in the first person) has been correct and has a wealth of experience and contacts in the industry. Eagle 1 (who posts under a pseudonym) has never been correct and if you believe that he has friends contacting him from Australia or wherever, well....
-The lynchpin of BLLN distribution infrastructure, Oracle, is suing for unpaid bills. Without Oracle we're cut off at the knees
-Assuming we can't rollout or launch for real, the only "product" QTRAX ever had was their own "skinned" version of public domain Songbird, which by it's very GNU license can NOT have separate value as intellectual property.
-Speaking of intangibles, let's face it- the reputation of AK and the integrity of his "promises" couldn't have less faith in the market. We do not have any material value in terms of going concern or goodwill.
So my friend, with all due respect, please share your analysis that suggests BLLN has value. I'd love to find real reason to have hope...
