yes when i first started this penny quest spun up a trade on sharebuilder and when i got ready to execute it spit out a fee of almost 50 dollars I stopped called and ask why they charge a % for any trades over 1000 shares. I ask why got no answer i liked. i closed my account immediately. THen the next day i got a customer service survey in email asking how my experience was I blasted the dang thing and have had no reply
